I tried the Yepp M1 using Windows. I don’t know what caused the unsuccessful music transfer on you Mac.

Trying to sync .mp3, .aac music files but icon keeps dismounting from Mac and have not been able to successfully transfer music to player as it says unsupported format. Does this mp3 player only work on Windows? The box says supports multiple audio formats.

Unfortunately I don’t know if Samsung Yepp M1 is available in the Philippines, or if it’s not, when it will be available. Maybe you need to call the Samsung Customer Service.
